Cover systems from CBCMAC

The stall system helps you to save a lot of time in the manual dipping of chocolates etc. You will love this unit especially in the hectic pre-Christmas season.

    • Cover system C ...:
      This system is a low-cost all-in-one system and already includes a disengageable inlet area, veil, blower, rapper, Entschwänzerwelle and a removal system with paper feed. It is available with belt widths of 200 mm, 250 mm and 300 mm

    • Cover system Unicoat UC ....:
      First and foremost, the Unicoat system only includes the inlet and stall areas right up to the breaker shaft. Afterwards it can be freely decided whether eg a 1.0 m acceptance tape with paper device, an extended 2.0 m variant with paper removal, a round plate for powdering or a cooling channel should be connected. Other manufacturers already need 3 coating systems! CBCMAC comes with a base system. The Unicoat will be available with bandwidths of 250 and 300 mm.

    • Cover system Unicoat long UCL ...:
      An extended version with all sorts of features, eg the washability of the tape, integrated bottom and side cover etc .. Especially the use together with a cooling channel makes the band interesting. This luxury version is currently under construction and will be available by 2020 at the latest.
